Pietra del Cardoso

Cardoso stone is a dark grey stone with a bluish hue. It possesses excellent physical and mechanical properties—offering high resistance to wear, shear, and tension—as well as outstanding resistance to weathering, even in extreme climates. It is well-suited for use in construction, for both interior and exterior applications.

Pietra Serena

Pietra Serena is a grey sandstone widely used in architecture and, to some extent, in sculpture. Its grain size varies—depending on the quarry—from medium-fine to coarse. The stone has a pleasantly uniform texture, featuring glistening specks caused by the presence of tiny mica flakes. It sometimes exhibits lamination and grading.
